Associate Sustainability Consultant
Are you an experienced sustainability consultant with a drive for business development?
Planet First is looking for freelance or self-employed consultants to deliver The Planet Mark™ Certification to businesses across the UK and beyond. This is an opportunity to engage your business networks and deliver the benefits of a rounded sustainability programme, designed to meet the needs of any industry and sector.
As an Associate Consultant, you will be able to work flexibility and create your own client base to enable you to work from home and operate in any region. You will benefit from Planet First’s marketing and promotion tools to support business development and deliver certification services to clients via a fully developed cloud-based system.
If your skills and experience include the following, you could be right for us:
3+ years’ experience in sustainability and environmental management
Conducting carbon footprint assessments and/or verification. Knowledge of greenhouse gas reporting standards such as the GHG Protocol
Sustainability stakeholder engagement and workshops
Client relationship management
Sales and business development
Excellent IT and cloud computing skills and strong attention to detail.
Location: Work from your own location.
Salary: Commission and consulting fees based on delivery.
