Can Consumers Trust Business?

Planet First has joined The Great Business Debate, run by the CBI through an article looking at whether successful business and sustainability can go hand in hand. Read Steve’s article here

As part of this debate, CBI and Which? are hosting an event in central London on Wednesday 25 February from 3.00pm till 5.00pm.

Katja Hall, Deputy director-general, CBI will be joined on the journalist chaired panel by Which? Executive Director Richard Lloyd and E.ON Chief Executive Tony Cocker. The final business speaker will be announced shortly.

The debate will be anchored around the core theme of consumer trust in business. The panel will kick start the session with views on how the best businesses listen, engage and deliver for their customers – and what happens if they don’t get it right. The audience will then have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with the panel and debate what more businesses can do to build consumer trust in the products and services they deliver.

Places at this free event are limited. Please RSVP by emailing before Monday 16 February to secure your place.
