EVORA advises clients on development and operation of environmental and sustainability policies. The biggest positive impact EVORA has is in the advice and support it provides.
EVORA recognises the emerging nature of sustainability, which brings new risks but also new market opportunities. Their mission is ‘to make buildings productive, profitable, and resilient to change,’ and they do this by applying their depth of knowledge and experience to help organisations understand and manage risks as well as realise the opportunities to protect and enhance the long term value of their assets.
EVORA also looks to improve internal performance wherever possible. One recent initiative was to improve recycling, general waste and food waste at the London office by signing up to First Mile. This ensured that their waste was being treated in the appropriate facilities and not ending up in landfills.
EVORA chose to partner with the Planet Mark as they are committed to lowering their carbon footprint and improving their organisations sustainability. EVORA practice what they preach and choose to lead by example with initiatives aimed at improving environmental and social sustainability.
