Planet First is inviting a host of Planet Mark certified businesses, new faces and distinguished speakers to start building conversations around the importance of leadership in sustainability.
‘Leadership in Sustainability’ is one of the most fundamental mechanisms for ensuring that sustainability programmes in organisations are successful in terms of engagement, carbon reduction and cost savings.
According to Accenture’s CEO Study on Sustainability 2013, 93% of CEOs see sustainability as important to the future success of their business, 78% see sustainability as an opportunity for growth and innovation and 80% see these issues as a route to competitive advantage in their industry.
