The company is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire UK. This is CNG’s second year of business carbon footprint reporting. It first calculated the carbon footprint of its [office operations] for the year ending December 2017 and set a target to reduce emissions by 5% annually. This year’s footprint includes emissions from electricity, business travel and fleet, waste disposal, water usage and paper use. CNG’s total carbon footprint in year ending 31 December 2018 was 126.0 tCO2e a 44.1% reduction compared to 2017. The relative carbon footprint was 0.61 tCO2e per employee, a decrease of 45.8% compared to 2017.
